TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The guest represents and warrants that he/she is responsible for his/her family, party, visitors and any other persons accessing the RV Park, with his/her permission or knowledge. Any violation of this agreement, the determination of which shall be in the sole discretion of the RV Park Management, shall result in termination of this agreement. Upon termination, the RV Park Guest, his/her family and Visitors shall be deemed to be trespassers, under the Trespass to property Act, and the RV Park Management is hereby appointed their respective agent for disconnecting services and removal of their RV, structures and equipment. RV Park Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Policies, Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice

Beachcomber RV Park Policies
Beachcomber RV Park is a Seasonal Recreational Vehicle (RV) park for Temporary Vacation and Recreation accommodation, for RV’s with black and grey holding tanks
Operating times
- Opening Day: Thursday May 1, 2025
- Closing Day: Tuesday, September 30, 2025, 3:00 pm
- Check In: 3:00 pm
- Check Out: 11:00 am
Occupancy
Occupancy is for 2 adults and 2 children
RV Park Management reserves the right to charge a fee of $5.00+GST, per person, per day, for extra occupants
Subletting is not permitted
Day Visitors
Due to the increase costs for garbage, recycling, sanitation services, and maintenance, RV Park Management reserves the right to restrict and/or charge a Day Visitor fee of $5.00+GST per day
Rates
- 3 night minimum $315.00+GST, includes sani-dump, water and electricity
- Additional nights $105.00+GST, includes sani-dump, water and electricity
- 7 nights $682.50+GST, includes sani-dump, water and electricity
Site requests
We will endeavour to honour requests for specific sites, but site requests will not be guaranteed
Parking
- Each site allows for ONE RV and TWO vehicles.
- All RV’s must back into RV Sites
Pets
- Each site is limited to two well behave Dogs or Cats on leash or contained in a temporary fence enclosure in your camp site.
- We reserve the right to accept only certain breeds and sizes.
- Dogs with aggressive behaviour or other disturbing conduct must be removed from the RV Park.
- Dogs and Cats shall not be left unattended.
- Dog and Cat owners must pick up their animal waste from the park and beach and dispose of it in the garbage.
- Dog and Cat owners are responsible for any damage or injury cause by your pet, occurring to the RV Park property, other RV Park Guests or Day Visitors, or property of any other RV Park Guests or Day Visitors.
Good neighbour policies
- Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Loud music, disturbing parties and noises are not permitted at anytime.
- Disorderly conduct, abusive language will not be tolerated.
- Recreational use of Marijuana or any illegal drugs is not permitted.
- Generators are only permitted if there is a power outage.
General
- Speed limit of RV Park is 10 km/hr.
- Due to the Sensitive Eco System, no climbing is permitted on the hillside, sand cliffs or rock berm.
- Minimize your impact on nature by not removing rocks, sand, and foliage.
- To minimize light pollution, no flashing, and blinking lights are permitted.
- Outbuildings are not permitted.
- Commercial activity is not permitted.
- ATV’s or similar off-road vehicles are not permitted.
- Tents, tent trailers, and tiny homes are not permitted.
Campfires
- Propane fire pits can be used at anytime.
- Wood burning campfires are permitted in the designated fire pit, until 11:00 p.m.
- RV Park Management will prohibit wood burning campfires:
- If ordered by BC Wildfire Service.
- If conditions present a fire hazard, or an inconvenience to others.
- BC Wildfire Service Regulations for wood burning campfires are as follows
- You must keep at least 8 litres of water or a shovel, on hand at all times, while your campfire is lit.
- Campfires must not be left unattended.
- You must have a fuel break around your campfire.
- Campfires must be completely extinguished and ashes must be cool to the touch before leaving the area.
Responsibility and Risk
- All Persons and RV Park Guests using Beachcomber RV Park do so at their own risk.
- All RV Park Guests are responsible for the conduct of themselves, their Dogs and Cats, their children, and their Day Visitors.
- RV Park owners, RV Park Management and Staff will not be responsible for any injuries, illness, accidents, loss of property, vandalism, or Acts of God.
- There is no recourse with the RV Park owners, RV Park Management and Staff for any injuries, illness, accidents, loss of property, vandalism, or Acts of God.
- By accepting the terms of use, and using the Beachcomber RV Resort’s land and facilities, all RV Park Guests, or Day Visitors automatically appoint the RV Park Management their respective agent for disposal of any RV, structure, equipment, and property left on site after their paid term of use has expired.
