Campground Policies

Reservation terms, cancellation policy, guest responsibilities, and campground rules.

These policies help keep Beachcomber safe, quiet, and clear for all guests. Please review them before booking, and contact the office if you are unsure whether a policy applies to your stay.

Reservations

Reservation Deposits

  • A one-night deposit is required to confirm most bookings.
  • For stays longer than one month, a two-night deposit is required.
  • Reservations are for temporary recreational RV stays.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 14 days' notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or modify a reservation.
  • 14 days or more before arrival: a $15 administration fee applies. Any remaining prepaid amount may be refunded or held as account credit at the guest's request.
  • 3-13 days before arrival: the guest is charged the equivalent of one night.
  • 0-2 days before arrival: the guest is charged the full reservation amount.
  • Reservations may be changed or transferred to another available site and/or date within the same calendar year only.
  • Prepayments are not transferable between calendar years.
  • All cancellation or change requests must be submitted by email.
  • No cancellations or changes are accepted by phone.

Refunds

Refund Policy

  • If applicable, refunds are processed to the original form of payment unless held as an account credit at the guest's request.
  • A valid credit card must be on file for any refund to be processed.
  • No refunds are issued for partial cancellations.
  • No refunds are issued for early departures after arrival.

Arrival

Arrival, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows

  • Check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • Office hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
  • If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, please coordinate with the office in advance so we can arrange your arrival.
  • Failure to contact the campground or check in by 12:00 noon on the day following the scheduled arrival date will result in the reservation being treated as a no-show and automatically cancelled.

Site Use

Occupancy, Vehicles, Pets, and Tents

  • Site rates include four people, with flexibility for larger families with children.
  • Each site allows one RV and two vehicles.
  • Well-behaved pets are welcome at $5 per pet, per day, with a maximum of two per site.
  • Tents used as a spare room for the RV are permitted at one tent per site if the tent fits behind the RV on the pad.
  • Tent charge is $10 per night, and maximum occupancy is 10 people per site.

Campground Courtesy

Quiet Hours and Generators

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Amplified music is not permitted.
  • Generators may be used only from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, 2:00 to 3:00 PM, and 6:00 to 7:00 PM.

Wastewater

Sani-Station and Wastewater Rules

  • Beachcomber RV Park is a self-contained RV park. Sites include water and 15/20/30 amp power only; there are no sewer hookups at individual sites.
  • Grey water must never be discharged on the ground or anywhere on site.
  • Sani-station access and portable waste tote service are subject to availability and office coordination.
  • Registered campground guests have priority for sani-station use.

Guest Responsibility

Limits of Responsibility

  • Beachcomber RV Park is an outdoor, shared-use environment.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety.
  • Guests are responsible for the supervision of children and dependents.
  • Guests are responsible for the care of personal property at all times.
  • Beachcomber RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Beachcomber RV Park is not responsible for vehicles, trailers, or recreational equipment.
  • Campground facilities, amenities, and natural areas are used at the guest's own risk, as outdoor conditions may change due to weather, wildlife, terrain, or normal campground activity.
  • Guests are expected to follow all posted rules, campground policies, and staff instructions.
